Allow me to introduce myself, I am Mrs. Ethel Trellis, a shellfish retailer from North Wales. You were recommended by Mr. Raymond Aidoo of the International Commercial Bank Ghana Ltd as being able to help with a small problem that I am experiencing. I wish to transfer a sum of money from The International Commercial Bank Ghana Ltd, all the necessary procedures have been completed but for the money to actually be released requires my signature. I had planned to fly to Accra and sign the document in person but Dr. Hatton has forbidden me from flying for at least 6 weeks so I am considering appointing an attorney to sign in my place.<\/p>\n
