re: how are you today,

Dear Mr. Wuddah

Thank you for your mail. I am sorry to say that I have been confined to bed with a case of flu for the last 3 days, somewhat ironic in view of my pretence to Mr. Aidoo that I was unable to fly due to illness.

I have today written to the lawyer recommended by Mr. Aidoo and will keep you informed of developments.

Kind Regards

Ethel

Mrs T. requests the assistance of an attorney

Dear Mr. Ibekah

Allow me to introduce myself, I am Mrs. Ethel Trellis, a shellfish retailer from North Wales. You were recommended by Mr. Raymond Aidoo of the International Commercial Bank Ghana Ltd as being able to help with a small problem that I am experiencing. I wish to transfer a sum of money from The International Commercial Bank Ghana Ltd, all the necessary procedures have been completed but for the money to actually be released requires my signature. I had planned to fly to Accra and sign the document in person but Dr. Hatton has forbidden me from flying for at least 6 weeks so I am considering appointing an attorney to sign in my place.

Please let me know if you would be interested in undertaking this assignment and, if so, what documentation etc would be required.

Kind Regard

Ethel Trellis (Mrs.)

may we introduce – ATTORNEY JAMES IBEKAH

Attn: Mrs.Ethel Trellis,

Madam,

We hereby acknowledge the receipt of your mail with content well noted.

Note that the bank cannot mislead you to get into any illegal arrangement because if we do, we will bear the consequence, knowing that you can always point out that we introduced the lawyer to you.

Secondly, the duty of the attorney is only to endorse the documents on your behalf, while the bank has the duty to remit your money into your nominated account. Be also informed that the lawyer has no access to the funds, unless you give him an authorization letter which has to be sent to the bank and copied to the attorney. Only then will he have access to the funds.

However, below is the contact information of the lawyer:

Name: ATTORNEY JAMES IBEKAH

E-MAIL: james.ibekahlaw@yahoo.com

TEL: (+) 233 545398254.

Kindly go ahead and contact him with the above information and tell him that you were introduced to him by Mr.Raymond Aidoo of Internationial Commercial Bank Ghana Ltd, so that he can represent you for the signing of the funds release order document, to enable your funds be released to your designated bank account.

Thanking you for banking with us. Your happiness is our greatest concern.

Sincerely Yours,

Mr.Raymond C. Aidoo

Dear Mrs. Trellis,

Thanks for the update. Do also keep me informed as soon as you conclude with Mr. Aidoo, regarding the lawyer arrangement.

Best regards,
Mr.Frank.

wouldn’t trust a Welsh lawyer with a used plate of whelks…

Dear Mr Aidoo

Thank you for your mail. I have given the options some consideration and feel that we should probably progress matters quickly rather than waiting until my doctor permits me to fly again.

I have dismissed the “diplomatic channel” option, the thought of my 3.5 Million dollars competing for space in a diplomatic bag with guns, cocaine and who knows what else is not a comforting one. Employing the services of a local attorney would therefore seem to be the only option, my only concern is can such a person be trusted? I certainly wouldn’t trust a Welsh lawyer with a used plate of whelks, let alone 3.5 Million dollars, but perhaps the profession is held in higher regard in Ghana.

I look forward to your reply,

Kind Regards

Ethel Trellis (Mrs.)

ah, this is going to cost

Attn: Mrs.Ethel Trellis,

Madam,

We hereby acknowledge the receipt of your mail and content well noted.

Madam,If you can not be able to come down here to endorse the Fund Release Order to facilitate the transfer of your fund to your nominated bank account. ,It means that you have to engage a service of a local based attorney who will represent you to facilitate the signing on your behalf, preferable you can use our legal attorney to represent you in the assignment. But you will need to give him a power of attorney, which he would need to Notarized at the High Court before he would be able to represent you legally..

Please be informed that you will be responsible for the Notarization of the Power of Attorney at the high court of justice here in Ghana. But if you can be able to come down here in Ghana to sign this “FUND RELEASE ORDER” yourself, you do not need to pay a cent.

Note; the reason your attention is needed is because we do not dispatch such documents, as some of the said documents are sheets contained in booklets with transactions involving other clients. So you are required to come in person or to engage service of a local based attorney to represent you.

Second option; We can deliver your payment to you in London through diplomatic channel, but you are going to pay for the clearance charge over there in London..

Please kindly get back to us with your opinion, weather you prefer using a SERVICE OF A LOCAL BASED ATTORNEY or through DIPLOMATIC CHANNEL?.

Also, it is very important you give us a telephone number where to reach you.

Thanking you for banking with us. Your happiness is our greatest concern.

Sincerely Yours,

Mr.Raymond C. Aidoo
