Attn: Ethel Trellis,

I have given you my passport as confirmation of whom you are dealing with as your clearance agent but my employment security badge is confidential to me for security reasons, i do not normally send it through internet but when i arrive Scotland, i will show my employment security badge to you.
I have informed you to avoid and stop entertaining questions from McDonald, try to inform the agent that this transfer is important that you have confidence to whom you are transferring the money, he should kindly transfer your money as requested. If you need more question kindly call me on my direct line.

Mr. Lord Porch.

and your security badge…

Dear Mr Lord Porch,

Thank you for your reply and for taking the trouble to send me a copy of your passport, I am reassured that you are indeed who you say you are and that you have a valid reason for living in Liverpool.
However, when I return to the Post Office I know what Mr McDonald will ask me. He will ask “but how do you know he is a diplomat and has anything to do with UK Customs?” So to pre-empt that question please can you send me a copy of your employment security badge.
Receipt of the above will put my mind entirely at rest and also stop Mr McDonald from asking any more awkward questions.

Kind Regards,
Ethel Trellis (Mrs)

This is my attached passport

Attn: Ethel Trellis,

This is my attached passport as you requested. You should understand that my office is in Liverpool as an agent, i have worked as an agent for the passed 11 years now, it not important that my office must be in London where the airport is located, if i have a client who has a delivery, the client has to contact me before the arrival of the consignment while i travel to London to confirm the arrival of the consignment and make adequate arrangement for the delivery because it only take me 2hours 7minutes from Liverpool to London on train, as i am writting to you now, i am waiting for the payment in Liverpool to enable me pick up the money and take the next available train to London to finalize with the custom before departing to Scotland for delivery of your consignment.
Kindly stop entertaining questions from the Money Gram agent and ask the agent to transfer the money as requested to avoid delays today that will be increasing the custom clearance demur rage.

I wait for the transfer confirmation from you today.
Mr. Lord Porch.

Can we trust Mr Porch?

Dear Mrs Mohd’s,

I am increasingly concerned about Mr Lord Porch. Are you sure we can trust him? I have given him no hint as to what is in your box but he is behaving very strangely. Was he recommended to you – do you suppose we could swap him for someone more trustworthy?

Kind Regards,
Ethel

I must insist on seeing some ID

Mr Porch,

I have just been to the Post Office again, armed with your full address. I have to say that Mr McDonald is asking some awkward questions. He is wondering why a customs clearance payment has to be paid by MoneyGram and why a diplomat is living in a squalid terrace in the arse end of Liverpool.

I hope you won’t take offence at this Mr Porch, you sound like an honest enough chap, but the future of a dear friend depends on the outcome of this transaction so I really must insist on answers to these questions and to seeing some form of id.

I look forward to your reply.

Regards
Ethel Trellis (Mrs)

OK

Ok, go ahead and send immediately.

are you new to this job?

Dear Mr Lord Porch,

I don’t understand. There are 2 MoneyGram agents on the Isle of Islay, they are both run by Post Offices. Every Post office in the UK acts as a MoneyGram agent, as far as I can see banks in this country do not provide MoneyGram services.

Have a look here:
https://www.moneygram.com/…/…/content/locator_main_file.html
Put in my post code, PA48 7NP then select United Kingdom. It will show you the two MoneyGram Agents on Islay.
Please get back to me directly with instructions on how you wish the money to be paid if you do not wish me to go to a Post Office.

Really Mr Porch, I expected better from a diplomat, are you new to this job?

Yours,
E. Trellis (Mrs).

Dear Mr Lord Porch,

I have just been to the Post Office in order to transfer the money. I gave Mr McDonald your address but he insists that he must have your FULL address, complete with postcode.
Please let me have your postcode by return so that I may complete the transfer.
